How do I proceed through the checkout process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.
What is a fulfillment address?
The fulfillment address is your shipping address. If you have an international address, it is very helpful if you rewrite your address in the Special Instructions field during check out.
How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?
Shipping times will depend on location, but we always ensure that your purchases are shipped and delivered as quickly as possible.
Can you ship your products anywhere?
Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfers and all major credit cards.

Can I place a bulk order?
Yes, absolutely! If you are interested in buying any of our products in bulk please email email@example.com.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you can write into firstname.lastname@example.org and an agent will get in touch with you on the return process.
ReturnAny refund initiated from our side takes approximately 7-10 working days to reflect in your account. Refund of Shipping Charge The shipping charge is refunded ONLY for a whole or complete order that is returned. No shipping charge is refunded for any return of partial orders.

What are your delivery charges ?
For all local orders a standard rate of 350/= will be charged on top of the bill value and will be managed by a third party delivery agent.
In addition, if your basket contains a voluminous or heavy item, an additional charge may be applied.
For all international orders , we will get in touch with you with regard to the shipping rates applicable for each country.
When will i get my delivery?
In most cases, you will receive the delivery within 4-6 working days. However, if your shipping address is in Northern or Eastern province delivery may take 6-8 days.
Return / Exchange
- How do I return my product (applicable for damaged goods, wrong product, not happy with the product size etc)
Please follow the necessary steps to ensure a hassle free return process

- We will arrange for a pickup: Within 2-3 working days in Metro Cities & Within 5 working days in Non-Metro Cities
- Once the product has been picked up, we will initiate a refund for the entire order or the items returned (The refund usually takes about 7 – 10 business days to reflect in your account)
- You can then place a fresh order for the returned items
- What is the duration for a return / exchange process?
We allow our customers a 30 day limit to return the product either online or at our stores.
